      Pros

      I really enjoy the work environment, management and they pay well. Excellent products to sell and a continually growing functionality set. Lots of opportunity with so many products to sell. Been here close to 5 years and I really enjoy it.

      Cons

      Lots of change with products as they get developed and lots of products to learn. If you like to learn and don’t mind putting in a little extra self-education, this isn’t that big of a negative.

      Decent pay, unlimited PTO and good benefits

      Cons

      Leadership will tell you want you want to hear to keep you focused on being a BDR instead of helping you get promoted. Majority of AE type roles are not posted internally and do a ton of external hiring instead of promotions.
