Pros
This is a good company with competitive pay compared to other competitors. The work-life balance is excellent (it may depend on the team) and there are many after-hour activities to choose from: running club, game night, step challenges, coding games, bike club etc.
Cons
Hard work is not honored but if you position yourself well, it can lead to advancement. Communication from management is not the clearest, sometimes controversial.
