Our recent strategic acquisitions have been in support of our long-term vision to be the market leader in governance, risk, compliance and ESG and to drive the greatest possible impact for our clients. Their needs are changing, which means that as an organization, we’ve also had to evolve our business, including our portfolio, so that we can best meet their needs. As we’ve done that, we appreciate how much change there has been – but we are confident the steps we have taken are positioning Diligent for long-term success. That benefits all our stakeholders, including our talented team.
