Trying to find things to say, management do not know their work, they like to blame staff although the fault was caused by management... loss $$ will not sign PO / WO to suppliers / vendors / specialists.. contract dept does not understand technical knowledge, they anyhow submit Tender w/o any reference quote from suppliers / vendors / specialists...

toxic work environment. long working hours Colleague which assist can stab your back.. they do not know any things also say they know… Management do not trust new staff but trust the old staff (they do not know any things) old staff had a lot of power in the company… bullied new staff & took away new staff contribution as their own contribution. Very little separation of roles - people are expected to do the same work as those higher ranked than them, often with very little to no guidance or support. There is no formal knowledge transfer as everyone in the team is very busy, so learning is done on your own while on the job and you have to ask seniors for assistance & help on some issue but nobody response at all... No benefits, no bonus, and totally no increments, Sensitive and Emotionally based management decision, Limited career growth, Overwhelming workload, things are always rushed with deadlines,,,, No Work-Life Balance, No work planning, Poor management, Take Annual Leaves also must work....
