      Very flexible schedule, lots of freedom to work your assigned territory.

      Cons

      Lack of training/marketing/promotional materials. True boots to the ground hunting role with very little support at all.

      The software products you develop will help real people get on with life. At the same time, work-life balance is highly encouraged, and benefits are decent. Small teams allow for agility.

      Cons

      In a well-established industry, there is a limit to the scope, complexity, and challenge of the problems you'll be solving. Priorities sometimes seem shortsighted.

      Limited in support and growth. Constantly taking potential income. Leadership is lacking accountability.
