DigitasLBi has a unique, effervescent culture, fascinating people. and great leadership. You can have a flexible schedule if you've worked there a while, and depending on your capability, you'll have good work-life balance.
Cons
Promotions seem to depend less on your accomplishments or reviews, and more on who you know and rub elbows with. The office politics can be exasperating, if you're not willing to kiss up to the right people, and throw a couple of people under the bus once in a while.
