Work with top brands, strong opportunities for client-facing work at entry level, gain lots of marketable skills within a short period of time.
Cons
Poor work-life balance and “unlimited PTO” rarely gets approved (particularly within Data & Analytics). Promotion cycles consistently get cancelled or postponed, while everyone is asked to work longer hours. Management is very opaque and growth opportunities are limited. Pay is also poor by industry standards.
