Great flexibility with fully remote work and the ability to work from anywhere. Unlimited holiday is a nice perk, and overall benefits were really good.

The salary could be more competitive, and there are limited opportunities for career progression. The recent layoffs created some uncertainty about job security.

It's an agency that genuinely cares and puts effort into training its staff.

Remote working isn't for everyone but I didn't mind it too much.
