Pros
Some talented, caring people work here... can work from home but it's cause there is no main office really.
Cons
They claim a culture but leadership at top never communicate. Basic workplace needs like pension, bonus and healthcare are not given to everyone. Penny pinching is outrageous. Care more about getting "bigger" than creating a good company to work for. If they ever did a employee survey they'd be shocked. A yearly review with no bonus or increase in pay during troubling times is an example. No defined career progression.
