Pros

- Flexible culture -Good furniture and provide Apple -Clean

Cons

- Poor management that layoffs people constantly on big and small scale It causes a lack of motivation and no trust in the company. Management does not care the human as an asset, they remove you whenever they want with any excuses. It is never a 2 ways communication but a one-way decision and you are forced to follow as usual. - People who put effort do not always get a reasonable reward, however, the management level is safe, and they are in their own gang and protect themselves which is a very poor culture here. It is not an open-door and flat structure. - You will be watched by your manager esp in HQ. People who have poor and toxic cultures should not be in management positions. Sad to say that, this company is going downwards. Perhaps it's good for old staff but not new staff. Finding your job before being removed is the plan for now.

It is true that we recently had to optimize our organization which unfortunately impacted some roles and therefore people. Our employees are our most important asset, and it was a difficult decision to let talented people go. Pros

Product is technically advanced and well tested Very little competition on the market (mostly build-it-yourself)

Cons

Company hired me in April 2026 and let me go 7 months later. No warning, no PIP, nothing but enthusiasm for my performance all along. Completely unexpected and undeserved. After threatening a lawsuit, they changed my reason for termination from “poor performance” to “corporate layoff”.
