Sales management confused - multiple places where an account is 'owned'; accounts with potential are non-existent. Very few reps make quota even few overachieve - bad for your career and W2. Be sure to ask about this during your interview. Little support, lots of politics, policies change frequently. Misled during hiring - over promised on potential but not really there. Toxic environment - hostile workplace for women and homosexuals. Common to hear colleagues use unprofessional language in email, hallways and during company events. example: Sales management discussed local strip clubs during interview as a way to gauge if I'd be comfortable entertaining clients there. Internal resources are hidden and hard to find, hard to use and you'll be told you are doing it wrong so much but there is no right way.
