Pros
The culture of the company is starting to change as I first heard from our CEO, Bill Stein in my very first Sales Kick Off. In particularly APAC where, our recent new MD indeed took the spirit of Change leader to begin a different approach on how the region was ran in the past. Engaging, team spirit, empowering, listening and learning, more importantly, make the difficult decision. Everyday when I wake up for work, I am thrill on what I can do to help to make the company and the region better. I guess it part of what we can do to contribute to the success of the quarter and year. There are lots of things need to be done and can be done and hence present many opportunities for talents of various walk of life.
Cons
Certainly there are improvement areas and legacy culture still need to shake away. It will certainly take time to weave off some of these and improve processes.
