There really aren’t any major downsides. While the fast-paced nature of the work can be demanding at times, I felt it built a level of resilience to push forward. As the company continues to grow, there are occasional adjustments to processes, but these are expected in any evolving business.

Chandan and Mamta, in particular, taught me a lot, and their guidance has been invaluable, especially for a recent graduate like me. The experience and learning opportunities here are truly enriching.
