- Socials - Profit Share Scheme - Good for graduates starting their career to be trained-up
Cons
- Small Agency - No real support from peers - High Turnover Rate - Toxic & clicky environment - Lack of leadership from management - Clients Overall; a poorly run agency. Don't be fooled by the accolades (etc.) promoted on their site. They've lost a lot of business in the new year (2022) and can't keep hold of their promises to their clientele. Former employees have left in droves here within the short period of time I was there (8 in total) And had similar feelings towards DMT as myself. It is a young environment, but immature and unprofessional also. No real career prospects and average pay at best compared to other agencies for the heavy workload they expect from you.
I have been with Digital Media Team now for over 5 years, in that time I have progressed from a team member within the design department to Head of Design, this alone is a testament to how much DMT cares about the progression of their members of staff.
Cons
I don't really believe there are any cons working with DMT, if there were any in the past the company has always been quick to resolve them.
