Pros

There are not many to mention except perhaps the pay scale and even that is really at about the 50th percentile in the local market. If you like a workplace where you are pushed non-stop and work life balance is not a problem for you then this is the place for you. If you like the startup way of work and no process and no structure this is the place for you. If you are just starting out or making a career change this is a good place to start. If you have any real ambitions however stay away from this place.

Cons

(This is an MSSP and they host their public facing site on WordPress. Think about that for a few seconds!) The CEO, not in touch, not seen and when she is, is detached. Work place is as hostile and toxic as you can get, No accountability but lots of finger pointing and excuses. Wages are about average but not equal in the same tier or role. Depends on who you are. Benefits are well below average. There is no real direction or true transparency. This place had the largest institutional case of ADD I have ever seen. They talk a good talk here but it lacks any real substance. There is never follow through and people are supporting ludicrous work loads. Attrition here is through the roof. Internal management fighting and no real leadership experience and those that do have it are not in the operations "department". It is very apparent that people in leadership roles here have had no experience in leadership and are in essence nothing more than fakes and mere parrots that bully their way through. Bottom line. Stay away from this place. It is utterly toxic and a huge lawsuit waiting to happen. Utter incompetent leadership masquerading as "experts" and selling a pipe dream.

Pros

This opportunity has entirely exceeded my expectations! The management, team members and supporting staff have been incredible; Questions don't go unanswered, problem-solving is cooperative and best of all- everyone supports each other with a focus on improving every day. This is my first role in Cybersecurity, having transitioned from fraud investigation roles. I was surprised how seamless the transition was and feel great about my future opportunities within the company. Cybersecurity is a growing industry after all! (The food trucks, free parking, community/office events and proximity to all of my favorite restaurants are a plus!)

Cons

Any cons associated so far, such as industry standard 24/7 staffing coverage for security providers, just comes with the territory of Cybersecurity.

Pros

Working at Digital Hands has been an incredibly positive experience. From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed by the entire team. The onboarding process was smooth, and everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and included. It's clear that the company values a strong, supportive culture — you're not just a number here; you're part of a team that truly cares. Leadership is approachable, colleagues are friendly and helpful, and there's a strong sense of collaboration across departments. It's refreshing to be in an environment where people lift each other up and genuinely want to see each other succeed. If you're looking for a workplace that values kindness, teamwork, and personal growth, Digital Hands is a great place to be.

Cons

The only minor downside I’ve experienced is the commute, which can take around 40-50 minutes depending on traffic. While it’s a bit of a trek, the welcoming atmosphere and great team make the drive totally worth it.
