      Friendly and Warm Atmosphere. Management has an open door policy that allows employees to express recommendations or concerns. Compensation is in line with the market and they have recently added a full benefits package.

      Pros

      Great group of people and a lot of room for growth. Friendly culture. Good benefits.

      Cons

      As with any growing company there are a lot of kinks to work out. But the company is committed to putting steps in place to work through them.

      Pros

      The Customer Service team was great. Weekly Pay. Jewish and Regular Holidays off

      Cons

      Was told to lie to customers about inventory levels. Had customers waiting months to get their actual items. We had a lot of issues of shipments being shipped with missing items and we had to lie about the reasons why.
