Best reason to work here would really be that every employee right from the top till the last would be back biting, talking bad behind its owners back.

Weeky sales report where you would be scrutinized as a poor performer no matter how much business you bring. They promise performance incentives like holiday package if you meet targets but never care of give it once you've achieve targets owners way of just shaming you no matter what. The owner will make tall absolutely false sales targets that no one in sense is able to achieve so no one sane asks for the promised incentive. Best part is the bring there family, there sister, daughter to the office resulting added person for boot licking No one absolutely no one stays in the organization unless you're forced to sign up for a bond of three years. i.e. the only way for the management to hold you back
