Pros
Very fun atmosphere. Cool facilities with cafeterias and game rooms. Pay is good. It gives you nice curriculum. It's a company large enought to learn a lot, and small enought to feel your work actually adds a lot into the final product.
Cons
If you are into producing high quality games, this might not be the place for you. They rather publish a mediocre game full of bugs, than waiting a week or two to publish a quality product.
They have periods where employee dismisal is almost automatic in order to reduce workforce and meet budgets.
