Starts from the top, absolute failure of leadership on practically every area of the business. Simple issues take extremely long to resolve. This company is only open due to a legacy business model. Every new lob they try to launch ends in failure. Massive turnover. Director level people leaving after only 6 months. Company was tied up in litigation my entire time there. In my experience the company engaged in sketchy business practices. An employee was terminated after being told they were too expensive and they blocked unemployment this way instead of giving an official layoff. This is after we worked the whole pandemic shortstaffed since they let people go and on avg over 12 hour work days every single day. That's a very good snapshot of how they treat people. It's a white collar sweatshop. If you have any experience at all skip this company, the offers might look compelling but this is a dead end and you will be worked into the ground and spit out. They also have made awful acquisitions which are putting them very likely into financial trouble, so be careful, do your research.
