Change is hard and not everyone has always appreciated the change

When applying for Digifabshop I was leery due to the reviews I encountered on the web, after putting additional thought into the amount of reviews and frequency of reviews, I quickly overcame that obstacle and decided to join. I am beyond happy that I did because in my short tenure here, I love the work that I do and the team that I am apart of. I get to share the culture, mission values and history with everyone I come across and meaningfully contribute to the organization. The creativity of the employees on a professional and personal level is inspiring. The work is challenging but extremely rewarding.

No company is perfect. As the organization has grown it has seen various hiccups along the way (personnel, management, technology, etc). Its important to not get hung up on what's wrong, but to focus on the progress that has been made and how you can help better the organization.
