Worst company - Sales Representative Digiapt Employee Review

No pros I can mention here

There is no pf deduction, so be careful if you are joining the company Greedy people they cut 2 days salary because those days were falling in weekends If you resign they will tell you have to serve 90 days notice period but they will immediately release you without paying the rest month salary No paid or sick leave exist here. You have to beg for your salary, salary slips, releaving/experience letter if you leave the company. They won't respond to new employer bvg team. Salary they pay is not as per market standards even watchman or begger's income is more. I would recommend please don't join this company at any situation.

My experience at this company was an invaluable opportunity for personal and professional growth. Not only did I develop my technical skills, but I also honed my soft skills. The senior management is very supportive, and played the role of mentors, which made the work environment a nurturing one.

Current work setup is hybrid, while i would prefer it be onsite to further deepen my interaction with senior colleagues.
