Thanks for posting your feedback. With more than nine years, we were definitely doing something right to keep you as part of the team. We appreciate your comments about where we can improve with compensation.
We continue to drive a pay-for-performance environment and leverage market data to inform salary increase processes and role offerings. Compensation is a hot topic, but we offer market-relative salaries in the many locations that we operate for similarly sized and similar industry organizations. Work in this area continues as we enhance the total rewards package for our people.
