If you want to work under permanent pressure without any result - this is a place for you. - management blames everyone for everything without taking professional responsibilities for product failure - micromanagement everywhere - all managers are friends and buddies for years - no result for 3rd year, no roadmap, no product vision, no strategy - team managers claim to be the smartest people in a company, but they don't have any digital experience whatsoever - arrogance, bullying, harassments - come-and-leave attitude, whole teams are leaving - pretends to be Brenntag R&D center, but they fail year by year - politics is everywhere, no collaboration, total isolation - no clearly working processes and nobody cares about them.
