Pros

-Office is nice -Very near to LRT station -Cheap food court foods -Friendly coworkers & teammates

Cons

- Trying too hard to be hip and cool - Still tied to "huge corporate" behaviours - Trying so hard to find a miracle product - Unrealistic goals or targets - No focus or sense of direction - Some senior coworkers will make you feel like you can trust them as if you are family, however, this will always bite you in the arse someday. - Majority task given was not specialized for employees who have specialized skills. This degrades motivation and morale of employees feeling like they are useless. - Some employees have immature behaviour.

Thank you for leaving a review. At Digi-X, transparency is very important and it's something we openly encourage as we believe it helps us learn from our mistakes and grow as a team. This is reflected in our regular company All Hands meetings where we share company directions and decisions openly. We also believe in adopting best practices & principles from more agile/startup companies and maintaining the performance culture from larger companies. In that sense we probably sit somewhere between a startup and a large corporate.

Pros

People are friendly & helpful, the permanent staffs are willing to help if we are stuck with any problems A number of events are handled solely by the interns and we learnt a lot by managing events, the intern committee would also give feedbacks on how we should improve on the planning for the next event Permanent staffs treats us like full time employees, we're not spoilt nor getting any exclusivities. We are doing what the full-time staffs does and it can get overwhelming at times but hey, what is there to learn if everything runs smoothly and getting easy all the time right? Flexible working hours and chill working environment

Cons

Some permanent staffs can get a little pushy at times - eg. did not give a reasonable deadline for the overwhelming amount of work but expect it to be done for a very short period of time - sometimes, it feels offensive Some of you (fortunately not majority) got to understand that we are here to learn, and expect us to make mistakes (although I am sure most of the interns here are trying very hard not to). Treat us like a piece of blank paper, teach us, even if it takes the effort to guide us hand-in-hand or bit by bit. At the VERY LEAST, try. Again, some of the permanent staff expect we know everything but the truth is, we may feel paranoid to even start asking for help if you act like we should know everything in the first place.

Pros

Almost a 5 year journey with them, not once I hated my time there. + Great team of leadership who cares and tries to fulfill all your needs from bigs ones to small ones. + Existing and new hire teams who are all focused and aligned to help each other to reach the business goals and targets. + No dramas, stupid-politics nor nonsense. + Get the job done and play together. + If you want opportunities, just ask and you'll be given a chance to try. + A company who accepts your failures and does its best to help you succeed. + Great place to learn, try and get inspired. + Game time with a whacky team. + Flexible and understanding culture. + Great employee benefits.

Cons

- Pay growth can be challenging for some - (Depends on individual) Unstructured workplace, you need to be flexible to adapt to changes, not for everyone but rewarding if you're keen
