Secure job with No new learning and growth - Senior Software Engineer Differenz Employee Review

I worked for more than one year, and most of the time I have to seat ideal , no work , no task assigned, no project. Lot of politics including company managers to some of TL. Company says it’s employee friendly environment and policy but every employee is frustrated.
