I was hired for an entry level position and have seen people get promoted into leadership roles quickly, I look forward to doing the same! The team environment is exciting as well

Cons

Morning meetings are early however I always walk out knowing something new or having a different outlook on things.

Pros

The environment in the office is fun and competitive, there is plenty of room to grow as long as you're willing to put in the work.

Cons

Whereas the environment is fun for me, I've noticed, some people have a tough time getting outside their comfort zone and embracing the fast pace culture.
