      I left. That is the only pro

      This place was the MOST toxic environment company o have ever worked for. They can basically say what they want and get away with it. A “lead” openly yelled at me when I was trying to help in a situation. They just promote those that don’t even have the right attitude or qualification. The best thing I did for myself was leave.

      Really can't think of any.

      Cons

      There was a lot of micromanagement (being constantly monitored for how quickly you're working) and also they didn't provide enough chairs for everyone, which caused some people to get really catty about the chairs. Long hours, and a lot of peer pressure to not take your lunch break until after a certain point in the process had been completed, which often wasn't until 4pm or so.
