Pros
Their PPO health insurance package has an ultra low deductible IF you use an M.D. in the provider's network. Vacation time is average overall. They also offer an FSA which is convenient and tax saving.
Cons
They offer only a 1/2 day of sick time every month--even for mid-management and above level employees. Most companies provide more time. If you get a severe flu or temporary illness you may have to utilize some vacation day time. They also are extremely conservative about company holidays and do not provide company time off for Presidents Day, Martin Luther King Day and similar secondary holidays that many mid to large size companies give off and they similarly do not provide a floating holiday (for a birthday or use for a secondary holiday which they may not grant as officially off).
