Have to work outside in the cold

- will make you learn how to communicate/persuade people - most fundraisers are young people who just need cash so if you are young you will get along with them

- you will be standing in the sun/pouring rain for 8 hours every day "convincing" people to donate - people would get fired EVERY DAY. this is no joke. if you don't hit the weekly target they will kick you out. - the employees would vape ALL the time - employees are NOT professional - the people you meet on the streets are rude and disrespectful
