Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and recommendations pertaining to your experience as a Mental Health Specialist with the Dialogue team. We, as an organization, are always looking for feedback, whether it may be positive or constructive, as it will help us to improve our current processes and ways of working moving forward.
Recently, the distribution of appointments has been revised by our management teams for all MHS employees, ensuring that all have enough time between appointments dedicated for note taking and other administrative tasks related to the nature of the role. Regarding one's work schedules, Dialogue is committed to working on optimizing this process with the goal of offering a schedule that offers more stability for our operations staff members.
When it comes to diversity and inclusion, we as a company know that these two factors will allow us to get closer to our mission of helping people improve their wellbeing - hence why we empower each member of our team to bring their whole selves to work, every single day. I'm sorry to hear that your experience was not one that reflected Dialogue's D&I values .
