Uninspiring leadership - 3 location leads in 4 years. More than 50% of top leaders fired or quit. HR team is short sighted - attrition currently on par with market standards, no plans to arrest this. % attrition of leadership way above market. Saw a previous comment on hiring based on gender (and had a similar exp with referral) - hiring should be on merit and not gender. Too much redtape - approvals take their own sweet time. Growth/Promotion depends on the team you are in - no standard requirement or timeline
