Pros
Great Flexible working hours , Global company with strong brands , Good training ground for understanding full business workflows , Great knowledge base of industry best practice, Opportunity to grow your career (although depends alot on you ). Despite my cons I would still recommend them as one of the better places to work in the UK
Cons
Large company Large workload and expectations sometimes on little or no training or guidance, alot of areas especially outside of selling and marketing have sink or swim culture, (Sales & marketing gets quite a bit of training and guidance which is obviously understandable as its the revenue driver). If you want to grow you have to "manage" yourself up get to know the right people who will endorse you along the way.
