Pros
- Very Nice co workers - Works place - lots of snacks
Cons
- The management is one of the worst I’ve experienced. Leadership roles are handed out based on favoritism rather than qualification—case in point, appointing a civil engineer as the head of R&D is both baffling and detrimental. - The CEO appears to believe that success would have been guaranteed if the company had been established in the U.S. This ignores the fact that Europe has a rich industrial history and success depends on having a strong product, not just a different location. A poor product will fail regardless of geography. - Employee exploitation seems to be a deliberate strategy—salaries are kept as low as possible, and raises are virtually nonexistent. - There’s no clear strategic direction. Goals and priorities shift constantly, often without explanation or logic. - The company has developed a habit of misleading customers in order to push sales, raising serious ethical concerns. - I never heard single positive review from customers from past 1 year - There is so much blame game here. they just want to blame employee and i am not sure what those managers work on. they are never available
