      Pros

      The only place to truly practice design thinking. If you are looking to learn and implement modern technologies, then this is the best place to start your career with. There's no politics, the working hours are flexible and work from home are some of the few positive working culture they offer. Overall a great learning experience.

      Cons

      The tight deadlines sometimes can be overwhelming if not planned properly.
