•No , zero or minus work ethics . •The arrogant management ( Karma on its way ) •Micromanagement at its peak •No Job security ( experienced people please stay away from this company otherwise you will end up in “career gap” situations. Any moment they will send you out by forcing you to put the resignation that too without any compensation. Or if you get a good opportunity in a good company they won’t give you the relieving date they don’t even relieve you even after the 90 days notice period our career will be at stake. After all these hurdles when you joins a new company you won’t get a “BGV” Background Verification from this company, the perks of being an ex Dexlock. Another amazing fact they don’t even provide you a signed Offer Letter even after you joins that company . HR’s are the puppets of the “ Management “ rather PA’s all the good HR’s out there stay away from this place . My advice to techies ,non techies and whoever please don’t join here even if they offer humongous salary.
