Pros

You get opportunity to work in some of the niche technologies like Boomi, RPA etc. Good pick up & drop cab facilities.

Cons

The HR consultant enticed me for a permanent position during all my telephone conversations. I was shell shocked when the onboarding HR delivered a "contract to hire" offer letter. The projects team during the interviews mentioned that i need learn from the iPaaS videos & begin the development. Ironically they didnt grant access until i cleared the certification for iPaaS. (The most ludicrous thing i have heard in my work life. Someone with certification can only work in it, which was never mentioned during the interview discussion.) This company works in US Eastern time & it might not suit everyone. Since the onboarding HR confered me with contract job, i can only claim every month salary after my timesheet/voucher approvals by the line manager. The line manager never approved my timesheet despite consistent alerts & i walked out of the company by depositing their assets to the security personnel & sending email to HR that i wouldnt pursue the job due to impending salaries. The line manager believes we are like his domestic help.

Great team culture, everyone wants to win

Cons

The industry itself can be incredibly stressful but I imagine its the same for competitors as well.

Pros

Quick opportunity to get promoted if you have the right mentorship and accounts. Honestly really nice employees (cross-functionally) and people are willing to help you. A good place to dip your toes in as a young hire, KPI's are fairly easily but some of the director's are a bit micro-managey.

Cons

In our office - we had 3 Managing Directors and 3 VP's in 3 years with two rounds of layoffs (enterprise wide.) The largest gap in the company is their leadership is so disconnected from the producers and what you truly need to do to succeed in sales. They run on a lot of enterprise accounts which makes it hard as a young sales person to connect with tenured sales people, who haven't truly sold or broken into accounts in some time. Additionally, there are lots of corporate politics and people in leadership that overshare other leaders dirty laundry with young sales folks, making it a bit of an uncomfortable place to be in. I think this place is a good starting zone for a career but it is not the place to be if you are a hustler and want to truly grow as a sales professional.
