Pros
Nothing as I know. Can gain good knowledge from Software and Hardware Tech lead. May be for freshers can have Hands on Experience, but only they give only testing kind for them too.
Cons
Worst management. If they send you to client location out of city or state, they won't give any allowance, incase if manager comes he will not buy you food also. As if he gives from his pocket. There won't be any team lunch or team outing. Junk work. No growth. No PF, No Hike. If you wish to join even after this all the very best for your upcoming worst days.
