      Good profiles of clientele, but not all teams are working on the same profiles

      Cons

      Bad management. Some people have left due to poor leadership and work overload. Disparity of work load seem to be very obvious

      Cons

      No guidance No trust between boss and juniors Boss MIA when needed because “too busy” Their “ideal employee” comes in at 7AM and leaves at 8PM
