Pros
There has been a change in management recently and we've seen quite some changes happening in the company. There is a strong focus to have a clearer and more unified approach of go to market. There is also a focus on improving employee satisfaction. They have still a long way to go but I believe that they are on the right track.
Cons
Lots of different tools in place makes the life of a consultant difficult at times. Some processes are too long and complex, but I know that processes are currently being reviewed.
