Worst unethical Company - Sales Manager Devo Employee Review

Company went downward after new CRO came on-board he hired his cronies and business went backwards. He is chasing impossible deals and fooling management. Promotes his cronies. In his leadership 1st time in history reveune has dipped. Company does not pay comms to reps on time comes with any excuses to delay. Does not even have a system to capture comms. Sales-ops given right to dictate comms instead of sales management. Lastly there is a law suit in US by former employee gives you how this company has been treating its employees. Large exodus of good people mainly CRO is responsible for. SE are leaving because of burn out.
