They dont care about employees, they just care about charging their clients.
If the client is not happy with you they will lay you off immediately and not give any compensation.
They "try" to have you happy, but you can clearly notice that management cares only about creating a revenue stream and paying their people the less possible.
Also, they force you to have a certain number of "PTO" days that they end up reducing from your rate at the end of the day, so not really PTO.
