      The only good thing is free food

      The CEO is abusive and controlling, and the company has a LALA culture, as employees are some labourers. The team leads/floor managers are insecure and manipulative, never taking the blame on their heads and always licking the boots of ceo. The CEO thinks of himself as some kind of role model, and he is so self-obsessed.
