      There is unlimited PTO but that is about it.

      Cons

      Upper management has ruined this place. Constantly putting out fires and long hours. This company went from 20 employees down to 4.

      Pros

      - Being able to work remotely 100% - Learning new tools to use with the software - Every day is an adventure

      Cons

      - Although remote work is great, you never see anyone face to face - The benefits are poor - Some of the personalities are strong and don't get along with others - No sales, means no new customers, means having no job - No growing to other positions in the company - So much more to add here
