      Pros

      I completed sleep overnight shifts and my clients were wonderful-- the company was willing to work with my school schedule and I also felt respected by my manager

      Cons

      Occasional confusion if messages were not passed along or if something on the schedule had changed. Overall, since I mostly worked independently and overnight, it was pretty smooth.

      Pros

      -Free food at dinner and lunch time -Caring for people with disabilities making a difference in their lives -Plenty of incentives. through gift cards and thank you cards -Good job expirence- cooking food ( and making it for ) people with pathological disablities, giving out medication, learning to drive a van. -Work on holidays is double pay and over weekends is one dollar more.

      Cons

      -Not the job for everyone-the times are not for people looking for 9-5 Monday through Friday. -It is not a job that is clear cut with black and white answers-there are a lot of grey areas that can be hard to navigate through.
