The work culture is toxic and very disappointing. Senior people often micromanage in the name of leadership and don’t give space to junior employees to grow. Impact numbers of projects are sometimes changed or shown in a misleading way just to make the work look successful. One of the biggest problems is the financial stress. Salaries are almost never paid on time, the amount is very low, and the workload is heavy. Even though office hours are officially from 9 AM to 6 PM, you are not expected to leave before 7 PM or even later. If you ask for a salary hike or question the delay, you are treated badly—or even fired. There is a clear gap between how senior and junior staff are treated. Senior employees come in fancy cars and live comfortably, while junior staff struggle to pay rent or even afford proper meals. The organization talks about social innovation and justice, but doesn’t follow these values within its own workplace.
