Great salary for Russia and great number of professional workers

Cons are not sufficient. Company is great. BUT is located in Russia

Team spirit and loyalty high, most employees very devoted and willing to go over and above for customers. Company outings awesome!

No comp days for required weekend work, upper management often rants at Employees, communication not well centralized or organized, days often spent fighting latest fire.
