- Opportunity for language practice (English, German) - Before Covid: business trips (for BAs especially) - Possibility to change project if you want to try something new - Possibility to improve yourself in different areas: training, making workshops etc. - If you have a luck with management: work-life balance - Good corporate culture
Cons
- Your conditions highly depend on the project and your manager: I personally had a luck, but my colleagues from different projects had really bad experience with grow, salary attitude etc. - If you want to attend the IT conference, most of them will not be payed - As PO you do not have many opportunities to affect on the product and improve it, because it is done for the one internal consumer - Quite much bureaucracy - Currently (2021), salary is not competitive in comparison to other companies (e.g. fin-tech segment): for Developers, Testers and also for BAs - Too many management, and in many cases you do not know, who does what and how to resolve your problem
