      Pros

      Front office support, excellent pay package (best among KPOs in India), bonus is quite high. Travel options also excellent, interaction with on shore managers positive and encouraged. Good open atmostphere to work in.

      Cons

      At the end of the day it is Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO), i.e. cheap labor, and people are frequently reminded of that.

      Nice office. Great location. Cafeteria had a great selection.

      Cons

      Long hiring process. No work-life balance, micro-managers, co-workers trashed each other. No culture.
