      Pros

      I had a very good manager and a great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Completely ineffective culture, hopeless structure for accomplishing any tasks, and a lot of incompetent workers. Pay was not good, but it matched the amount of work that could be accomplished.

      Nice office. Great location. Cafeteria had a great selection.

      Long hiring process. No work-life balance, micro-managers, co-workers trashed each other. No culture.
