Every little process is broken (you will experience it in the initial onboarding process itself); worst HR people that you can work with; God bless if you are on a work/ student visa because HR messed up with so many of my international coworkers over these 5 years. Management (especially Directors) in Cary location have no clue about work. I have seen a few directors who are given the team just for approving absence requests. Some of them work as moral guards whose only job is to make sure people are coming on time and dressing up properly (know one director who commented on someone's attire multiple times)
